Details of the Ultra-Cool 2010 Token Program!
Pre-orders are now being taken for the new 2010 Treasure Token collection until Feb. 15th, 2010. The tokens should ship out by mid March. Many in the True Dungeon community have put a lot of work into the 2010 Token Collection, and we have produced a very cool set of tokens! We are really excited about the ALL NEW "Website" tokens with their new "copper metallic" backing. Each treasure token kit comes with a dice pouch and 10 tokens which include 6 Common, 2 Uncommon, 1 Rare and 1 Website token. There is a 1% chance that any given pack of 10 tokens will include an Ultra Rare token in place of a Common token. Note any orders of 10 "10-packs" or more will not come with bags. They will be shipped shrink wrapped.
The Website token is either a Lore or a Rumor token that has a special code to be entered at our website to receive additional "secret" information regarding the upcoming event. There are 40 different Lore and 40 different Rumor tokens to be found, and each one has an unique code that will unlock additional information about the 2010 monsters, puzzles, combo tokens, and other good stuff. The special page will go active in March when the first tokens are delivered, and we plan on keeping the entire Rumor and Lore page active and interesting all the way up until the event in August. The codes received on the Website tokens will just be the beginning of the "off-season" fun as additional clues will be available in multiple layers.
2010 Token Collection
1 pack = $10
10 pack = $95 - plus two FREE packs (a total of 12)
25 pack = $250 - plus five FREE packs (a total of 30) PLUS one 2010 Ultra Rare token* of your choice.
50 pack = $500 plus 10 FREE packs (a total of 60 packs) PLUS TWO Ultra Rare tokens* of your choice. One of these UR tokens will be the standard gold color and it will be shipped with your order in Feb, but the other one will have a special "onyx" or black backing. These onyx UR proof token(s) will be shipped to you in December (or a week later if you buy in December) after you place your order.
100 pack = $1,000 - plus 20 FREE packs (a total of 120 packs) PLUS four Ultra Rare tokens* of your choice (Two URs will be gold, and two will be Onyx and shipped in December). PLUS, you will receive a signed copy of BOTH modules after the event is over in November, 2010. This module will contain a map of the event as well as many illustrations not available anywhere else. And the module will be cool – really cool!
SUPER SPECIAL! 800 pack = $8,000 - plus 160 FREE packs (a total of 960 packs) PLUS 16 UR tokens of your choice on gold backings delivered in March, and all 20 URs on Onyx tokens delivered about a week after you place your order (starting Dec. 1st). In addition, you will also receive an entire proof set of Onyx tokens of the 2010 Common, Uncommon and Rare tokens about a week after you place an order (first orders ship early December). That totals all 140 2010 tokens on proof Onyx backs received about a week after you place your order (in early December). Also, you will get a complete set of all 40 Rumor and 40 Lore tokens with your token shipment in March. In addition, you will also receive an uber-rare Wish Ring with your Onyx tokens in December. Lastly, you get eight copies of both cool modules after Gen Con Indy – which comes in handy since many of these $8,000 orders are group orders.
*NOTE: Ultra Rare choices: You may pick ANY Ultra Rare token as your choice from any of the 2010 Ultra Rare group -- or from any of the previously offered "Mithral" URs from 2007-2009. Note: Onyx UR choice tokens may only be 2010 UR tokens, and they cannot be any of the 2007-2009 "Mithral" UR tokens. The later must have a gold backing.

Condensed Packs: Some big collectors have asked for this service so we are extending this in order to make getting the Trade and Reserve tokens with less hassle. When you tell us your Ultra Rare choices you may also tell us how much of your order, in increments of $1,000, you would like to receive in condensed format. Instead of getting the normal 120 packs for the $1,000, you will receive the following:
18x Jewel Weed Extract Tokens (healing)
18x Faerie Water Tokens (healing)
Lore: 60x random tokens in a bag
Rumor: 60x random tokens in a bag
Uncommon: 240x random tokens in a bag <10% are platinum
Rare: 120x random tokens in a bag (with 1.2 URs mixed in) <10% are platinum

Presenting one of these Golden Ticket tokens at the entrance to the True Dungeon Tavern at 9:00am on Thursday morning at Gen Con 2010 will get you into a special VIP run of True Dungeon. Not only will you be the first to play the new TD adventure in 2010, but you will also get a host of extra goodies which include a completely awesome pack of uber-rare and powerful tokens and an exclusive GT-only surprise inside your True Dungeon adventure. Note that the odds of getting one of these tokens is exactly the same as finding one last year. This Golden Ticket program should be a lot of fun for collectors – as any 10-pack could hold an extra-special token for a lucky gamer.
Big Token Buyers’ EAT FREE at Gen Con! To properly thank all the big token buyers who support True Dungeon through their token purchases, we are placing their names on the guest list for the 2010 True Dungeon Hospitality Suite at Gen Con Indy. This suite has great FREE food and drinks, and you will get a chance to meet many of the TD volunteers. It will be located in the Marriott Hotel -- only a short elevator ride from the event. Anyone ordering $2,000 or more will be entered on the guest list, and they can visit the Suite from Wednesday through Saturday at Gen Con Indy.
Gen Con Ticket Draw! Just before tickets go on sale online for all the True Dungeon events at Gen Con Indy, we will hold a special drawing from all the 2010 token buyers. Ten lucky token buyers will win, and each can "pre-buy" up to 8 tickets before anyone else! For every 10-pack you buy, you get to put your name in the hat, and each winner will have the chance to "pre-buy" a full 8-ticket slot of tickets BEFORE they go on sale to anyone else! This means that you are guaranteed to get the exact slot you wish without having to worry about the crazy time during event registration. You still have to buy the tickets at the normal price. NOTE: The more tokens you buy, the greater your chance of winning!
