Wow 1 UR in 8 pulls, I think I want you pulling mine from now on...lol.

Got really lucky on Thursday. I pull my First 3, all Uncommon. Make comment like "Wow, this is my worst pull ever" then go for my 4th from Lenses of Fortune, boom, Cloak of Blending.

Added mine. Note however that I didn't log Uncommon vs Rare. They were roughly equal so I entered it as that. But if you are wanting to know real numbers for UC/R, don't use my data for that.

Looking at my totals again just gets me more depressed. It's hard to complain, because I had 2 really good pulls, but percentage wise it still really sucks compared to most. I think I am going to have a friend do my pulls at GHC. Something needs to be done to break out of this rut.

He got 6 'other' it is just that two of them were good. I would argue that one of them really really good in that no one else has reported getting one (except me in almost 900 pulls).

It would be great to get more data, currently we are almost at double the data I originally had. With what we have so far I would guess 20% monster, 5% other, 37.5% rare, and 37.5% uncommon. But more data would help. Thanks all that have contributed.

I wish I remembered anything from Statistics class in college to know if we have a valid sample size or not, but it seems like we do.

Also, I assumed completion tokens were lumped in with UC/R rather than "Other"?

No argument, one of my pulls was really, really, really good. It was about on my 70th pull and I was feeling really good after that. Then to go through another 100+ pulls with only a Minotaur Hide and Mystic Silk to show was disheartening. I still felt good until I saw other percentages. Who else was averaging 1 "other" for every 40 or more pulls? At the end of the day, that one really, really good item still makes me feel ok about my totals. And certainly it was much better than last year when all I got was 1 UR in 160+ pulls or the years prior to that (not counting the year with the stacked treasure box) with nothing special to show. Maybe it's an upward trend? Yeah, I think I'll go with that.

I don't know that I got any completion tokens so they are not counted in my totals. If I did pull any they were removed because I thought they just got mixed in. My guys and gals usually give my completion and pulls at the same time so there would not be an easy way for me to keep them separated.

I actually doubt we have a large enough sample size, but I guess it really depends on how many pulls there actually were. In another thread someone theorized an average of 6 per ticket. Which would be 48,000 pulls. Which if correct means we don't have 5% of total pulls. It would be hard to project on less than 5% I would think. But I didn't take stats so I dunno.
