TOPIC: Providing Feedback

Providing Feedback 7 years 8 months ago #1

It would be great to be able to provide Feedback regarding my True Dungeon experience through the website.

Would be even better if there was a form I could fill out when exiting, while the experience is still fresh in my mind, but having something on the website other than the forum and a hope/prayer that someone actually reads the forum post would be great.

Believe me, people read the forum posts (see - this is proof!)

Many people are hoping to see a return to feedback forms, which we used to have. I know they are being considered!

I'm nobody in authority, just a volunteer, so take what I say as personal opinion only.

One problem with feedback is that volunteers get totally stressed, If you were full-time this year, the new location meant you basically did nothing but TD. There was no time to leave the area to go anywhere else during your break. (I had time to spend just under an hour in the vendor hall all weekend, for instance.) Some people's nerves are pretty raw at this point, but in a few days we'll have gotten some sleep and be in better moods.

Don't get me wrong. Volunteering is fun, and we make great friends. I told my wife today, some people get all excited when they get to go to baseball camp with their favorite pitcher. I got excited to be taking down walls and stacking them with Jeff Martin.

So, if you had a good experience, we'd love to hear about it. If it was bad, we hope you'll be gentle in giving constructive feedback - but we still want to hear about it.
