TOPIC: Token Exchange Party - Saturday, June 23rd in Indy

True Dungeon will be hosting a Token Exchange Party on Saturday, June 23rd, 2012 from 10:00am to 5:00pm at GAMERZ in Greenwood, IN.

At this Token Exchange Party, collectors can exchange for Trade, Reserve or Transmuted tokens -- and enjoy some open gaming while their order is being processed. That might take a while! This is also a great opportunity for collectors to meet and do some fast trading.


GAMERZ is a game store with a BIG open gaming area, and we will be taking up some of that space. Feel free to bring a favorite game -- or spend the time doing lots of token trading. The game store is locatea about 10 miles south of downtown Indy -- in fact you can go follow S. Meridan St (RT. 135) right to the store.

We will also being a limited amount of the 2012 tokens with us to sell, so you can also purchase some tokens at the event. Please let me know ahead of time of the event if you are wishing to buy a 30-pack or higher -- just so we can bring enough tokens. Thanks!

IMPORTANT NOTE: At Gen Con Indy 2012 we will not have the facilities nor personnel to exchange ANY Trade or Reserve tokens. We will only exchange Transmuted Tokens at Gen Con Indy 2012. If you need any Trade or Reserve tokens at Gen Con Indy, there should be able opportunities for you to trade with other collectors. Certain Trade and Reserve tokens will be in high demand at Gen Con Indy, so it may be "expensive" for you to wait until Gen Con Indy 2012 to obtain the necessary Trade and Reserve tokens for any Transmuted tokens you wish to make. We encourage everyone to either use our online TEP system to exchange tokens well before Gen Con Indy or to come to the Token Exchange Party on May 19th.

And you can certainly use our TEP system to exchange any tokens AFTER Gen Con Indy, too.

Use the above link to download your mandatory TEP form for the Token Exchange Parties on May 19th and June 23rd. These forms MUST be used -- as well as the bad labels that need to be put into ziplock bags.

You will probably have to print out some pages more than once to get all the labels you need for your ziplock bags.

To have ANY chance for getting all the tokens processed by the end of the day, we must ask everyone to cooperate by filling out all the forms and by using the labels for your ziplock bags.

I had a really good time in May at the first Token Exchange Party. It was good to see a lot of old friends and meet some of the new collectors.

ONE REQUEST: If you CAN do it, please put all your 2012 tokens together in groups when turning them in -- instead of mixing different years (if possible). It will be nice to have them set aside in case we need them for treasure generators at Gen Con Indy. Also, we have started to store them by year when someone is nice enough to put all the 2012 tokens together.

No worries if you cannot do this request. Sometimes it takes multiple years to make an Argonite!

Please label the bag as such if all inside are 2012 tokens. It would be appreciated!

I should be there and actually able to stay the entire time. I am suppose to get one Saturday off this month and since I am now making the schedules my Saturday should fall on the 23rd.
