Well I would not sell either of mine for $50...maybe one for $100 so does that make the value $100?

If you can find a buyer. ;)
This little gem is the difference in surviving a last room riddle and getting a badge or not getting a badge. Not a big deal to some - but those not making multiple runs may just want to use that little gem.

The problem here is that you still have to solve the puzzle. If you guessed wrong and died, would you risk a purple item, just so you could guess wrong again? If you reached the last room, you already got max xp. I'll wager that most of those who don't care about tokens also don't care about badges. If you risked a $50 item just so you could get that final badge, then you've got a $50 badge. C'mon, even a hardcore badge wouldn't sell for $50.

For collectors, yes, the Savior Stone is a very cool item. Yes, it may be worth using at some point in the future. But, $33 is already more than the cost of a ticket. If the tickets were available (OK, big if) going all the way through again would be cheaper than using the Savior Stone. $50 seems way too high for a one-use item, especially when the tickets are only $28.50. $33 is a decent price for the SS, although, I still think the Elixir is undervalued.
TiX are under $30 - but when you have a fixed number of runs...

I guess it is just me - I don't mind taking one for the team and getting killed in the last room - but I do like being able to say I have survived at least one run every year. The SS ensures this IF I were to use it and feel confident the puzzle can be solved.

One advantage I can see to the Savior's Stone over the Elixir is that, based on the writing on the token, it can activate automatically. Meaning it can be used without having to count on another party member. This could also be extremely helpful in the case of TPK.
