TOPIC: Transmute Trade and Reserve Form question

I have never transmuted tokens at an event before, and I have also never transmuted anything but trade tokens in a quantity greater than 1, so I have what may be a dumb question.

If I am transmuting more than 1 of a given token, do I need to include multiple copies of the recipe checklist? As an example, if I am transmuting 2 Reavers, do I include 2 Reaver recipe checklists or just 1?

When you print the checklist for verification it will have marks for each copy of the crafted for you to check off. As for the actual page with the recipe you only need the 1 that prints.
