Bank no, I didn't find it worked well. But I will be trading 1:1 at cons like I did for the relic pieces.

I plan to be at SkullCon and GameHoleCon this year with my available pieces also 1:1

If people want to trade via mail I could also do that but it seems silly for 1 component token

Once I get 2 of each, I'll swap 1:1 for any, unless there is found to be different rarities (please let there not be)

The veil over the new legendary token Totem of Heroism has just been removed! It's a slotless level-booster. (As always, +level effects never stack.) To create a Token of Heroism, you need to submit all 40 of the tinkering ingredient tokens that can only be found in treasure generators. No other ingredients are required. Each ingredient is numbered to help you more easily track which one(s) you still need. You'll be able to order a Totem of Heroism via the Token Exchange Program soon now.

These special ingredients can be acquired in treasure pulled at in-person events or by mail. Both methods have the same odds of pulling one of these tinkering ingredients.

If you don't want to try to acquire all 40 ingredients and don't want to trade/sell them to other players, don't worry. As indicated by the "GF" at the top of those tokens as well as the stat block on their TDb entry, each one counts as one unit toward a Golden Fleece.

We hope everybody enjoys the new additions to the generator mix. We wanted pulling a platinum to be exciting again. We also hope these tokens stimulate trading among players.

Since this is a Legendary Token in addition to the +1 Level would it be unreasonable to ask for it to also provide something like +1 AC, or maybe a few hit points? Or maybe +1 AC/+1 hp? My reasoning behind this is that a small in game benefit would make this Token appeal to the entire player base. A slotless +1 level bump is fitting for a Legendary but it provides no benefit for those already at 5th level with a 2+ piece Eldritch set. A very slight in game benefit might have a big effect on this Token's demand which in turn could cause more people to chase treasure pulls ultimately leading to more people going on runs. And more runs is always a good thing for TD. #waitingforapotentialdreamcrush...

It seems to follow a progression:

UR: 3 piece set bonus OR single slot that removes other slots
Relic: 2 piece set bonus OR single slot in multi-item slot without penalty
Legendary: Slotless
