TOPIC: 10x Trade Token Issue with Pre-Orders

When we took inventory of our 10x Trade Tokens last March (in preparation to place our once a year factory token order) we thought we had PLENTY of 10x chips. This was based on previous experience. However, between then and now, the popularity of the 10x chips grew. As a result, we depleted our stock of 10x Trade Tokens while fulfilling all the 2023 Super-Condensed pre-orders. In fact, many of the pre-orders will have 1-3 "missing" 10x Trade Tokens -- and instead the amount of Trade Tokens owed will be fulfilled by normal 1x Trade Tokens. So, instead of you getting maybe four 10x and eight 1x Alchemist Parchment Trade Tokens for your $8K Super-Condensed order, you actually received forty-eight 1x Alchemist Parchment Trade Tokens. It is the same value, but with more tokens involved.

I have contacted the factory to see if we can do anything about this situation, but we will most likely have to be out of stock of 10x Trade Tokens for all of 2023.

This is my bad, and I should have checked all projected token needs much better with regards to these 10x Trade Tokens.

No worries, Jeff. It's impossible to accurately predict how everyone will want their token orders, you do a great job!

Honestly, since I'm breaking the 8k order out, I don't mind the 1x's -- if you haven't done mine yet, feel free to make mine a 'short' one

I was planning to put in a TM order for a few 10x, but I can hold back…

I see that 10x goods were removed from the transmute section, so that answers my question

Here I was planning to transmute a bunch of 1s to 10s, guess that won’t be happening.

I will have to use a bigger box for trade goods storage after my next round of transmutes,

Would it help if we preferentially send in 10x chips with our transmute orders?

That was exactly my plan! Ah well, time to buy another storage case. Oh nooooo, the horror!
