BTW - once you have completed your collection, you'll have to find the mythical "super hero" tokens Jeff did.

Fred, I'm not familiar with that myth. Were those connected to True Heroes?

Fred K wrote: 98.78% seems low. Between 2003 and artifacts, you are probably only missing less than 30 tokens. Looking at tokendb, there are just shy of 4000 listings but some of the listings also have sub-parts of reprints (plate +1, etc.). My guess is there are around 4,500 different tokens including reprints on different years. I'd be shocked if you are missing 55 tokens (getting to the 98.78%) even if some of the 2026 ones aren't there yet.

Thankfully, David and I have ALL the token data and can calculate it to the exact number!

The total number of tokens is currently 9,566. This includes every token from 2003 to 2026, at least the 2026 tokens that have been revealed so far that is. This number includes all reprints, all back colors, etc.

I have collected 9,450 of the collectible 9,566 tokens. So that's about 98.78%.

What I'm missing is:

1) 15 from 2003 (1 uncommon and 14 rare)
2) 83 from 2026 that I haven't recorded or collected yet. I haven't put in the 20 set and 40 set yet, and I don't have the volunteer tokens yet, and some stuff can't be made yet.
3) 13 Artifacts
4) 4 Golden Tickets (I have all the rest.)
5) 1 Silver Ticket

And all of that equals the 116 tokens I'm currently missing or not recorded yet. This happens at the beginning of every year. The percentage of all the tokens I have collected drops when new tokens come out hehe.

But once I collect all of the 2026 tokens, I'll have 9,533 of 9,566, and be back at having 99.66%.

Trent, very impressive! I know there are at least a couple of other people trying to get all the different tokens, but I'm not sure if that includes wooden tokens (I'm pretty sure it does for at least one). I may be the only person focused on just collecting all of the wooden tokens. I wonder how complete the next most complete token collection is.

If the people who were curious about that put their collection in www.TrueDungeonTokens.com we'd know the answer!

LOL, first, it's David's and Trent's! He does all the hard work. :)

Next, oh yeah...for sure. There are some that's not in there, but those would be what some would call misprints, a crazy token or two that Jeff made for himself, the Star Wars tokens, etc.

But David and I plan to create functionality that would allow users to track variants, etc. in the not too distant future.

It would be fun to track wooden token misprints, and see if anyone has any that I don't have yet. :)

Hey Trent and David, this made me think of yet another feature request.

It would be cool to have some different leaderboards based on your filters. I do not collect Monster Trophies, every UR, volunteer, plat/onyx, woodie, etc, but the leaderboard is for all. It would be cool to have a Collection ranking based on those with the same filters in addition to the other 3. I may be in the top 5 otherwise!

A wooden token leaderboard might incentivize me to input my tokens. :)

I can’t recall what name was being used but, at one time, there was a plan for super hero adventures and tokens. I think this was for gencon socal. I don’t believe anything got run - best guess is copyright issues made it too difficult.
