Sorry, the other one was locked...<br /><br />I am simply curious if the Guild of Ale Drinker's tokens will work for getting into the tavern next year.  I ask because it clearly says, "2007" on it... they didn't expire or anything, did they?

I dont think anyone really knows yet. Same for combos, but I think those are getting worked on currently.

We put the 2007 date on the token precisely so it was only usable in 2007.  Sorry.  We thought it would be a good idea since they have a monetary value -- unlike other tokens.  I think it was a good idea since some of these tokens came up "missing" at the event.<br /><br />In 2008, the free tavern admission token will likely be something else -- like membership in the Cheese Purloiners Guild.

Kewl that each year will have its own token, but don't call it the Chjeese Purloiners' Guild - we'll never see the cheese again!<br />
