Bread goes stale over time. Gems are forever!!! <br /><br /><br />      or is that something else that's shiney?

<br />Anyone mind posting the new items and what they do?  I only saw the 3 ingredients and the 2 AoW necklaces. <br />

<br /><br />OK let's see...<br /><br />combo items<br />+1 Keen Axe all except Cleric and Wizard<br />Orb of Pelor damages evil monsters only (once per combat)<br /><br />Treasure box<br />Boots of Warmth - half damage from frost<br /><br />Dungeon awards<br />Ring of Gaea - -1 damage from fire, cold and shock<br />YEW Runestone - +1 HP for adventure (burn at start)<br />Censer of Sacrifice - ignite 100GP in gems to case remove curse<br />Goblet of Healing - turn in 2 Faerie waters to heal 3 pts.<br /><br />I think that is it...

I really like the Ring of Gaea.  I think that's my dad's new favorite token.  =D  Also totally loving the Necklace of the Oak!

+2 to Strength - it was the Amulet of Wonder prize for wearing it on the Retro dungeon!

I need to get me one of those Hats of Escape. I saw those use rather effectively in Grind.<br /><br />I also got to see the power of SeyLah's Cestus as it dropped the Efreet's AC low enough for fellow party members to hit him. Oh, and someone got to use Questors Charm with success.<br /><br />So many good ones.

Treasure box?<br /><br />  I heard about the boots of frost roughly 9:30 sat evening.. never saw em... was it only available as a treasure pull?  or was there some loophole that had to be jumped through to recieve?

I got a Boots of Warmth - never heard of or saw Boots of Frost.<br />

We got a single pair of the Boots of Warmth out of the treasure generator using our last handful of golden coins.  When I pulled the token I couldn't help going "Oooooooo..."    <br /><br />Unfortunately, with all these great boots floating around now, it's becoming almost as hard to decide on footwear as it is on rings.

The new ingredients are:<br /><br />Skeleton Tooth<br />Mimic Slime<br />Ogre Tusk

I put a few of the Boots of Warmth in the treasure boxes, as well as some of the not seen new Combo items.  More Boots of Warmth at Gen Con in the treasure boxes.  Oh, and it looks like all 4 URs were grabbed too.<br /><br />Oh, and the volunteers will get a Dragonhide Cloak at Gen Con Indy.  Makes you wonder...
