If you turn in an Eldritch Runestone before a True Dungeon adventure this year, your character will take on the Dark Gnome sub-type and gain +1 Strength (either 0/+1 To Hit with melee attacks, and 0/+1 Damage with melee attacks, and 0/+1 Damage with thrown weapons) and +2 Constitution (+1 HP per level & +1 to Fort saves.) It does not affect what types of tokens your character may use (e.g., it would not allow a wizard to equip Dark Gnome Armor ), other than possibly helping to qualify for a stat prerequisite .

Have you looked it up in the TDb ?

At least drow are cool. My wife used one at WYC for pure RP reasons. I've got a few left but I don't think anymore will get blown this year.
