Hey, thread hijacking is a prestigious line of work with a long and glorious tradition!

First, I really doubt Jeff would do a 6 volunteer combo token. While it could be a benefit to long-time volunteers, it could be upsetting in several ways: it would be pretty much available only to volunteers, and there are many people who give TD big support w/o volunteering; it would punish volunteers who traded or sold past volunteer tokens - I know I have done that myself; an item combining or using all those awesome volunteer tokens would be really powerful, maybe overpowered and unbalancing.

Also... consider the slim possibility Jeff creates a Relic or whatever that uses all the Volunteer Ioun Stones to combine them into one? I know I've been lobbying for that for a year now. It would be a nice way to clear up the Ioun Stone slots. 6 Stones down to one.

That is really good feedback, but I also had another thought about this - I am a wizard, and I am soft and squishy and delicious, so Pelor's champion the paladin usually guards me, meaning I don't need to max out my AC quite so much.

I've had three great anti-sniping suggestions:
1. Each person can only make one bid - kind of too late to start that one, though.
2. The winning bid pays $X more than the second place bid. I think Roarry does this, right?
3. Any bid in the last hour extends the deadline a certain amount of time.

I seriously don't know what to do. I've done a bunch of buying and trading tokens, and have had auctions to raise money to fight cancer, but very little experience selling/auctioning tokens.

Let me check with my seer/advisor, and I will announce the appropriate policy tomorrow (Sunday).

It has been pointed out that I was a doofus and forgot to identify the time zone. I live in CA, so the deadline will be Monday, Midnight PST.
