TOPIC: 2017 Gamehole Con Confirmed

Hello Gameholers!

We hope that you are all doing well. We are already back at it as we have a bunch of things that we want to implement for next year. We also have some news for you. So, with that . . .

HOUSING OPENS JANUARY 8TH AT NOON CST
Yes, the housing blocks for Gamehole Con 2017 will open on Sunday, January 8th at noon central time. We have rates locked and blocks set up with the three surrounding hotels already (The Clarion, Sheraton and Holiday Inn Express) and will have rates from other nearby hotels soon. Rooms at the Clarion, the hotel actually attached to the Alliant Energy Center, will almost certainly sell out quickly so be ready on Sunday the 8th if you want a room there. A 4TH DAY?
Yes! Well, sort of. Our dates for next year are Thursday, November 2nd to Sunday, November 5th. We are adding some events on Thursday evening this year as sort of a trial balloon to see how it goes. If lots of you come to play, we will be much more inclined to add a full 4th day in following years.

TRUE DUNGEON RETURNS!
We are very pleased to announce that True Dungeon will return next year. They will again feature two separate dungeons for everyone to explore. Additionally, there will be an exclusive Gamehole Con token available only to those True Dungeon fans who come to Gamehole Con. We are pretty excited about that.

NEW GUESTS FOR 2017
We have some great new guests already lined up for next year and many returning guests as well. We will be letting everyone know the full Guest roster in early 2017, but we can already let you know that our new Guests include greats like Richard Launius, Erin Evans, Jeff Grubb and Steve Winter. There will be others as well, but we at least wanted to give you a sneak peek.

DEALER HALL/DEMO ROW
We will be sending out our marketing prospectus in just a few weeks. If you have already been an exhibitor in either our Dealer Hall or on Demo Row, you don’t need to do anything. We already have your contact info. However, if you have not previously vended with us and are interested or if you know a company or designer that you think would be a good fit, you/they need to contact us soon so that we may add that contact info to our distribution list. OTHER DATES?
We are finalizing all of our other dates such as Games Submission and Registration currently. We will have an update soon on those specifics.

If anyone cares which hotel they stay at, you can currently book outside the room blocks at all hotels.

The room is refundable, so if you get a room in the block you can then cancel.
