Not the only one,

I went to TDC this year and had a really a good time. That said i'd be far more likely to travel to Origins, GHC, WYC, as my second con for TD.

For me if timing and costs work out i'd might go vs if at all possible going to one of the other cons.

I'd like to see TDC as a once every couple years as a truly special event.
We're all the kind of people who enjoy the game on a "meta" level. We like talking about the game year-round. We buy tokens. We enjoy crafting. We get together during the off-season if we can. We are a very skewed demographic that way. -Raven

I'm in the same boat. It was a lot of fun, but with only the one dungeon and the drive to Carbondale (6+ hours for me) I'd much rather see TDC every few years and see WYC back in rotation instead.

Had a great time at this year's even so I'm all about TDC 2.0!!!

But we definitely need at least (2) different runs. Perhaps in one of the other buildings on the property. I remember seeing some as I road to the trolly.

When that giant hotel next to the winery is finished, perhaps that could also house events.

It was 6ish hours from where my carpool mates met near Dayton. Add another 3.5ish from Cleveland do there and it was a 10+ hour day on the road for me. I know I didn't have the longest drive/travel but it still makes one think for a minute before committing to a 2 day event.

My friends and I had a fantastic time at TDC, and I'm really hoping it's back this year (and every year), as I think I can get a full crew of 10 to go. I think that's the only option we'll be considering as a second convention for True Dungeon, otherwise we'll just stick to GENCON. It would be fantastic to have two Dungeons, or even to have the one Dungeon with some changes from Day 1 to Day 2, but we'll attend even if it's just the one Dungeon again. :)

So, it sounds like we need a TD bus. Start in Cleveland. Swing down through Dayton, where Josh can also meet up. Swing through Indy for me and Jedi (and others). Make the trip an event itself ;)

That might actually be doable, i split the driving with Beertram (he's out of Columbus) and met Angel and Ro-gan at Dayton as a mutual point for them. We stopped at Indy for lunch at Scotty's on our way out to Carbondale.
