TOPIC: Different Adventures

Hello. New to TD and was thinking of playing at GenCon. I see tickets pop up for Adventure 2 and 3 alot but not 1. Can I do 2 or 3 without running the previous adventures. Sorry if this answered somewhere but I couldn't find it.

All three adventures this year are unconnected. You can play any of them in any order!

In general, you can play any adventure from any year stand alone without needing the other adventures in the series. Some years there are connections between the adventures, but that connection is often light enough that you won't miss anything except some flavor text. The actual adventures are self contained.

As a first timer, check out the following topic on the forum "Merlin's Wishing Well - Free Tokens for Level 1-4 Players" by Matthew Hayward.

He gives tokens for builds for those just stating out. It is currently on page 4 of Recent Topics.

Oh yeah. Actually, the reason you're not seeing tickets for 1 come up is that there are only half as many tickets available for 1 as there are for 2 or 3, since True Dungeon did not have enough volunteers to run three full dungeons.

They wouldn't have chosen 1 to be the "part-time" dungeon if it was required for the other two, that's for sure.
