TOPIC: VTD Off-Hand Penalty Update

Before this thread I was confused as to why there was a minus in the off hand even with the same plus on both weapons. I actually went through the rule books trying to figure out the why because I coach at in person events sometimes and was trying to figure out what I missed.

Not sure if this is in the player manual or not, but it is not part of the calculation during live event, as the sliding provides the impact. When VTD first started, the off hand adjustment was added to simulate the effect of sliding with a non dominate hand or in rapid succession for the monk. This has been part of the calculation from the very first VTD. This is not something new.
