Several of us are getting this error

I get same error! I even pulled over to side of road (driving a bunch of youth to scout camp) to make my Patron event purchase but I get same error... HELP!!!

I'm getting this when buying patron tickets.

"Sorry, we can't initiate this transaction. The slot quantities do not match up."

I have my desired event for the Patron, Thursday at 4:36, in my cart, about to expire in 15 minutes... wont let me purchase this single item!

I wonder, how many of us redeemed BOTH an Adventures Guild code AND Patron? I did one of each... and both show on my account... could this be the issue:?

At least its not just me.... I was having a minor panic attack... Any updates?

I only redeemed my patron code, so I don't think that's the issue.

I only redeemed patron code.

I have thursday 4:36 and 7pm grind in cart.
BUT i also have a "CAUTION: The following slots have overlapping start times:
Thu 4:36 PM (2 hrs): Into the Shadowlands
Thu 7:00 PM (1.5 hrs): True Raid: The Lorigorgon"

Since they dont overlap and the errpr is about slots not matching, maybe somewhere in the code everythinhbis stored off-time? Perhaps in EST one place and CST another. Causing the mismatch error and the caution of time overlap.

I guess it's a lot of us, but tickets are still disappearing. At one point I had all of my priority stuff successfully in my cart, but kept getting the error message and saw quantities change for what was already in my cart. Cleared cart and have retried over a dozen times. Successfully bought 2 tickets so far, but no Shadowlands or Lorigorgon will work for me.

I also did only the Patron code.

Same issue.

Tried each individual ticket, with available tickets left in run. Still no dice.

They are working on it.

I tried deleting the patron event to buy the rest and still got the same error as well.

Thursday and Saturday slots are coming back as overlapping.
