I was actually eyeing the Ale Master's Earcuff, so I might do that.

I am between the Beryl Prism and the Iridescent Spindle (I have nothing that lets me breathe underwater, which seems like it might be handy to have in next season's swamp section that Jeff mentioned, as well as avoiding toxic fluid/gas).

Also, maybe the Bead of Unseen Vision?

I'd go Beryl over Spindle. I've had it for years and never used it. Ale Master's is good but I try to avoid negatives of any state on a token so I'd go for Earcuff of Vitality if you can find one at a good price.

That is a large IF.....

I've seen these earcuffs listed at $15-20 apiece.

I know they went into the Icecrag recipe, but that is insane.

When needs the earmuffs of vitality? I got a few lying around doing me no good going unused... I could bring them to GameHoleCon to hand out...

I might just pick up a Spindle and a Beryl Prism. They're pretty inexpensive, and worst case I'll just have something to lend a new player.

The lowest I'm seeing for the Earcuff of Vitality is $30 and $15 for Ale Master. Though I get where Eric is coming from on avoiding negative modifiers, +3 hp/-4 CHA for $15 seems way better than +2 hp for $30 when Charisma seems to only matter in getting multiple figurines. (I think? Are there other situations where it comes into play?)

It's true, if you have to give a negative to a stat and you're not playing Pally, Charisma is the one you want it to be. That said, Matt Hayward of Discount Dungeon has an auction for the EoV on ebay right now. $2.50 with 3 days left on the auction.
