TOPIC: LFO - Odin's Redux Sat 9:39am (TDA19159924) - n00bs-r-us

Hi Folks,

This is our first Gencon and our first True Dungeon event. Our group makes up 7/10 of this run, we're looking for the 3 remaining tickets.

A lot of us play D&D, and most of us will be attending the True Dungeon 101 panel before our run, but we are TD virgins, so hopefully we won't sink the ship. I'm sure some of our group will gravitate towards sliding and others will not want to touch a puck at all, but I don't think any of us knows the game well enough yet to have clear class preferences.

If you're in our run, we'd love to get to know you ahead of our adventure time; we're friendly nerds in 30s-40s.

TD 101 is a fantastic start. There's a lot of good info there, so good on y'all for attending.

I would also recommend you and your friends check out the Character Cards , particularly the backs. There you'll find descriptions of each class's strength and play style. This may aid in helping to decide which class suits one best.

If you want to take a deep dive, there's always the Player's Handbook .

All three of these resources are totally free.
