Consider releasing the Arcunum Shirts in:

CON, DEX, STR, Focus or,
DEX, CON, STR, Focus

order rather than having the most desirable STR/melee be released first.

This will make the later pieces that tend to be "extra" after transmutation more in demand.

I like this. Plus we just had STR Kilt.

However, we've got two items already in this set that add DEX, and another one that adds CON. So switching the Shirt might mean we'd want to switch one of the others too.

Matthew, I like that idea. We might as well put the least popular attribute first, since demand will be super high just because it's the first of the set.

A caution here, some number of people might also skip the first shirt because it's less desirable and only learn of the transmute once it's to late. Not saying dont do it, just be careful with how we announce.

Sartre sits in in a coffee shop and asks for a coffee without cream. The barista apologizes “Sorry, we don't have any cream. Can I offer you a coffee without milk instead?”

Good point, TD will need to make it really clear it's a set. I feel pretty confident they will.

That sounds logical, but the flip side is that if the first is the least desirable, there wont be any extra at all when new players are looking to make the transmute. Most players will only buy what they need for transmuting in year 4, leaving almost none for sale to new players two or three years from now.

Based on recent history, I expect a lot of extras of the first shirt to be bought for resale later. There are still a lot of Kilts of Tavernbane available. I'm wondering whether the second Kilt might be the limiting factor instead of the first Kilt.

Agreed. To that extent, I think they did a really good job with including the whole "truedungeon.com/multi-year" link on the token itself, since I remember a similar link like that was the main reason I found out about psychic powers to begin with.

I read "Shirt of the Oaf", as "Shirt of Olaf"
I like that name. I have no idea who Olaf is in TD, but I tend to think of him as pretty strong.

Yeah...I really thought about it, but I think we need a STR booster at UR level during this "intro" year for all the collectors.
