2020 messed with this a bit, didn't it? It has a 1x ea. 450 GP and 600 GP. Same total, but only two slots in the rare set instead of 3.

The GP distribution is stable at:
1x 50 GP Common that is usable/transmutes
2x 100 GP Uncommon
1x each of 300, 350, 400 Rare

So this should be a 50 GP item (the purpose of avoiding multiple GP at common is to give parties the best chance to get 10 weapons and armor they can use).

It would be nice to adjust some of those values to make it easier to get 500gp from the rares alone. Possibly 250. 375 and 425.

Both.

One can be one-handed, and one can be two-handed, but the Board With a Nail in It needs to have a lower wheel average but have one unbalanced spot, like:

1 - 2 - 2 - 3 - 3 - 6, for instance.

It's tough to plan for commons with the 2020 info, but not the 2021.

If we assume 2021 is the original 2020, perhaps some things that interact with horrors and ghosts?

For commons, perhaps a token that adds HP, maybe in the belt slot (+2 hp) or perhaps +2-3 in the neck slot?

Anything that adds to saves at common is great,. particularly +1 to saves. Maybe charm slots, or ioun stones?

I think there is another post here where Jeff spelled out the themes he’s hoping we’ll Contribute to design of these sets with.

It was all the V stuff and covered 5 settings.

I saw that, but I was confused, as in prior years we were designing sets for the upcoming theme.
