I fulled expected the Bracers or the Eel to be replaced with Bracers of Supreme Archery; then see the Staff of Power +2 reprinted next year.

I think Bracelets of the Eel was superior to Bracers off Supreme Archery. Since DEX is a relatively easy stat to come by, the +1 damage is worth more than the 2 to-hit, imho.

I'm thinking more of new players here really, I always thought the duality was balanced and would be a great Random 10-pack surprise versus damage when a newer player might not have access to all the Dex boosts.

Gloves of the Dire Bear - neat - will be popular!

Jinn's Magebook Medallion - Great job conveying the rules on this in a clear way on the text.

Lucky Cloak - Back slot is back in fashion - wonderful!

Stu-pendous Pendant - Oh - wow - that will be popular too!

Ring of the Siren - +2 to scrolls and wands feels like a 3* or 4* to me.

Compare with Ring of the Drake - +2 to melee, ranged, spell, and it does other stuff.

Maybe include "may cast damage scrolls / wands as a free action X/game" also?

Also... with Psyferre's - should this be usable by all?

Ring of Sacrifice - Confirming my understanding - using this is a standard action, right?

Necklace of Prayer Beads - What does this do?

"May cast all 2nd spells as a Free Action"

Does this mean 2nd level spells?

Or does it mean if you have already cast 1 spell on a turn, you may use your free action to cast a 2nd spell?

We probably don't need 2 strength URs.
Could reassign the fighter transmute to use Medallion of the Sweetwoods since the fighter relic has the same dex/con and swap stu-pendous pendent for something else.

Seems a bit odd to have two general necklaces in the same year and have 2 solid +str tokens at the same time.

It's saved from that by the +2 to hit for Dwarves, it counds as Magicl under my interpretation of rules on page 51 of PHB.

The intention appears to be to have the best damage wheel ever printed (+2 over prior best) on a 1 handed melee UR, with a drawback (unless you're a Dwarf).

I wonder how many people would run it without the +2 to hit a normal weapon has. Most damage comes from +melee bonuses vs the weapon right?
