>>>>>>>>>>>>>> SPOILER WARNING <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Here are some of the "special" tokens that will be used during the 2022 token season. Please have a look if you don't mind having a sneak peak. Thanks.

+1 Turkey Leg will be the $250 pre-order token
Ring of the 5th Circle will be the $1,000 token item (like a Tooth)

The others URs are probably going to be volunteer tokens.

+2 Turkey Leg is the best token ever made. Its not even close.

On another note is the Ring going to build to a 7 year item like the RoSPs or the Tooth?

There will be a lot of excitement about the first 2.

The Hero / Champion items will get bantered around as over-powered and that they don't help spellcasters. I'd be interested in why the rings are +1 Str over the Charm.

The rest look fine.

Per Jeff earlier today it will be a new 5 year arcanum transmute.

Thanks for giving up the option to review these. Personally as a GB fan, I'm excited about the accelerator.

I like the look for the 3x chip the most, the 1x is nice. Not a fan of the art on the 10x chip.

I dig the Turkey Legs, those are great fun and will be sought after :)

Charm of the Champion and Hero seem fairly solid where they are. They are stronger than a standard R/UR pairing but not as strong as a Relic so that's probably good for Vol tokens.

Yep they don't help spellcasters but Vol tokens pretty much ALWAYS ignore healers and spellcasters so we're used to it.

Ring of the Hero and Ring of the Champion feel strong. The UR feels very strong BUT as a Vol token I think it's OK at that level. The Vol tokens need to be wanted for the vols to get good value out of them and these should be fairly decently wanted.

Curious about the effects of the Master Orb and Grand Master Orb. Graphic wise they look nice.

Ring of the 5th Circle is great, I wholeheartedly support the new yearly tokens having singular in game effects. This one is equivalent to an existing OOP +2 AC ring so that's a nice design space for the item. (Hopefully they aren't all rings so it's possible to equip them separately but if they are and they get forms for each character type it's a great set. If the Year 5 is a +2 spell/healing one it won't risk that $20 each pricetag you normally see at year 5/6/7)

Should the names on Basic Greaves and Very Basic Greaves be switched? Or is it specifically for the pun of a "very" basic thing neutralizing more acid than a partially BASE thing? (science humor? I approve)

Should the Master/Grandmaster Orb of Dragonkind have numbers similar to the Rod of Seven Parts and Skull of Cavadar? It seems like they're of similar rarity.

Also, it may be my eyes being tired, but the spacing looks slightly off with the words on those two compared to the whitespace around them. It may just be due to how many letters are in use though. I'll take another look in the morning and see if I still see it

Maybe it's from other things, but maybe elder master orb?

Or master orb and Supreme master orb?

I'm definitely nitpicking here.

Now I want some ranged mashed potatoes and gravy to throw with my turkey leg

I would be in favour of a caster vol token, just for variety, maybe for one of the smaller cons.
