1) I agree with LRoss and Nightshade and others. 100%. Double underline. As-is it's a good red token. I can see a UR ranged build debate including it. (Personally, I'd probably stay with the bracers as to-hit at ranged is precious.) My first instinct was for it be -2 for melee also, but the analysis in this thread sold me.
2) I disagree with moving the Lenses of Sharpness to bracers. That doesn't solve the problem of the Charm Bracelets for Rogues. And the spot it's in is brilliant as it makes it less OP. If we want it to be easy, put it in the shins.
2) I strongly disagree with moving GS out of bracers as a UR at the last minute. But that gets to the "everything should be slotless" vs "build decisions" debate being held elsewhere. (Honestly, I think we shouldn't address GS elsewhere at UR+ for a couple years.)

In regards to point 2, a rare probably shouldn't solve the problem of choosing between an UR and the legendary that now threats to make said UR unpopular.

Rare rogue only guided strike bracers with a drawback progressing to UR class u restricted guided strike bracers with no drawback are an entirely separate discussion from people wanting a new guided strike UR/UR+ to free up their wrists for a legendary.

And didn't the Cup used to be a save bonus, not AC? Why make it weaker?

Jeff mentioned the cup has been reworked to be slotless, but can only be worn if you don't wear any URs.

Ah. No thanks, then.

Also yes, you can never use an off hand item with your Staff of Focus unless it's a ranged off hand item as your staff is in your melee slot and takes both hand spots

Since the Staffs are Ranged only, they will equip in both Ranged hand slots.

Don't want to overcomplicate Wizards in any way, but I had an odd thought... Quite often in various media we see a staff being used one-handed, often for minor spells such as lighting up a room, but then the Wizard will use both hands and/or a special stance to cast bigger spells. Would it be dumb to try to incorporate such mechanics in the future? A 1H Staff could be used for a 2H spell, but at reduced effectiveness. 2H staff could be used 1H spells, with an added bonus for the strength of the Staff. 1H Offhand spell boosting items can be created.
Players could use 1H Staff + 1H Offhand and Switch to 2H Staff as desired. (same rules as swapping any weapons)... apps would need to accommodate this somehow.

Since Wizards are always needing AC, would it make sense to make an offhand item that can be used with 2H Staff, like a "Mage's Buckler" useable only by Wizards.

Go full Gandalf and throw them a spell blade to dual wield with their staff.
