Unlike the bracers, this only works while Sneak Attacking so won't let you Crit with regular attacks. To balance that, it provides an additional +1 to hit while Sneak Attacking - which also takes away some of the pain from losing the hit bonuses from the Eyes slot.


I like that, and think it'd be an excellent offering for next year if it doesn't make this year's cut.

(As a side note, I would push for a static +1 to hit to either Ranged or Melee, since a Conditional Sneak Attack bonus can't be calculated in the App or Party Card, and would rely on the player to remember / call it out to the DM every time.)


Wait, what??? I missed out on a fair amount of hits and damage when I was still playing a red build, then. Curses! :laugh: Since there are several Sneak Attack bonuses in tokens which get displayed on the (web app) special abilities screen, I'd assumed they worked there as well, I need to remember this if I ever do any runs on lower difficulties...
I play Rogue. Occasionally I even play Rogue well.

Agreed, a few of us have suggested removing or pushing back the gloves.

Not sure what the latest update will bring... but i had a suggestion for the UR Bead Leveler....

Most people are suggesting that the bead slot is not very important based on current offerings, and since we only have 1 and not more inherent bead slots to the characters right now, that makes the penalty of "no other beads worn" only a punishment to players who find themselves in possession of the (currently) only token understood to be part of a new "Brooch" or "Medal" slot and only token currently allowing extra bead slots.

I'm fine with the no other bead penalty... but think we should have more than one slot to make it a penalty for all players not just those who can afford or who luck into getting the bead expander. Maybe we just need to be patient a few years for more Medals and Bead expanders? Ha

My Thought was... if the penalty for +1 Level Bead should be an actual hinderance for all players, it should force players only wear that 1 bead and to choose only 1 earcuff to equip. It still negates the Medal, but this would greatly encourage players to transmute it for a no-penalty relic.

Wow, I completely missed all this. Super thrilled about seeing the Death Knight Mail, thank you! Can we make it something a bit more usable though? When does darkrift damage ever really happen?

This is a great suggestion if we can't do +STR, but I don't really understand why +STR on a chest piece is too much, seems kinda silly...

"Death Knight Mail - Instead of -2 Darkrift damage, change to either 1 point of DR against all damage types or 3 points of retribution damage. Both of these will help retribution builds, which will want to equip the Death Knight items for the set bonus."
