I like the idea, maybe a UR that does something cool or could be used in place of a wish ring in a legendary formula.

+1 dex, +1 con, or can be used as a wish ring

Or maybe as a charm that “can be used in transmute recipes as a wish ring” to prevent ring/ring confusion? Hey I have this ring, I can put a hole in it and make it worth 1 k to use a wish and then I lose 1 dex and 1 con bit I used a fireball a fifth time! (Wishes work like that right?)
