As a Wizard, the Book of Useful Scrolls does not engender itself for me to want it , if it's just a common or uncommon scroll once per game. If it included Rare Scroll as well, done deal, all for it.

If staying with the current wording I would prefer 3 times a game, I would settle for 2 times a game.

Bead of Bounty: since there are 3 bead slots it seems like it should be more like the Ioun Stones at +2 treasure pulls

Book of Useful Scrolls: feels weak to me. I think you could remove the rarity limitation and it would be better.

Greaves of Absorption: I'm OK with this in concept, but it would be cooler as a relic that requires the older greaves to transmute. Either way, it will be important to offer more interesting greaves in the future (ideally from the treasure box) so that this doesn't become the only token anybody ever wants in this slot.

counterpoint: I think "(1 roll/game)" is good as is, because it preemptively forestalls any possible confusion about whether you can roll again for your second death if you rolled a 1 for your first death but then got resurrected via potion and died again. Of course tokendb makes it crystal clear in any case, but this wording on the token makes it extra clear even without consulting tokendb

Yes, my AC is lower than the Wizard's. No regrets!

Book of useful scrolls my free action economy is already brutal why notake it instant sinces it's once a game and no rares?

Arcane charm is a pass for me in it's current form not enough there.

The robe seems to be more rare power then ultra rare it would be a pass for me as well.

Maybe it's just on my monitor, but it's hard to pick out the detail on the far deadly gloves. Not sure it's the right terminology, but not enough contrast between the fabric parts and the seams, sort of all washed out in purple.

Maybe some more black in the seams.

What if we moved the greaves out of UR and make them a Dark Blue Relic.?

You could do it like this:
Recipe 1
one of each of the matching TBO Greaves + trade goods

Recipe 2
one of each moster bit from 2020-2023

They will be kind of common with 2 different transmute paths, but it covers the 4C request, and it also covers the request to transmute with TBO greaves.

It is an interesting idea, but it would not be fair to have this un-announced Transmute pop up after 6 years of TBO tokens.

EDIT: agree with AceNorton. The gloves should have more differentiated names.

Could always just use bits for it like a normal 4C token per recipe 2, if you don’t like the proposed recipe 1 or even a mix and match bits and TBO greaves recipe.

By mix and match in this case, I would propose a recipe that allow any of the greaves to sub in for any of the 4C bits as wild cards. That way even if someone mulched all their greaves, they could still make them via 100% 2020-2023 bits.

Also, should the Arcane Charm still have the transmute URL on it.

That's the set-bonus URL. Easy to do!

So, what is wrong with a Goggles of Instant Analysis reprint to help melee builds? Eyes are one of the few slots that doesn't add melee damage. Nothing wrong with that. GoIA were a transmute component, so not only is it the best melee boost but also extras (which there don't seem to be much of) can be absorbed into transmutes. Was long enough ago that I doubt there are people swimming in them for speculation purposes, so they are not easy to get. Hit me up next year for this re-print!

To add more token comments

My primary concerns lie with:

The book of spells. It feels under powered compared to Carter’s and Gregor’s. Normally not an issue for a slotless, but I’m concerned a tome slot will make me choose.

Dual sling shot:
How will 2 Ammo tokens be handled? Like FoP brownie with qualifications on the second ammo? Will it stack with FoP brownie for 3 ammo?

The gloves, though lots have been said on those already, so I won’t repeat it.

The rest of the tokens look good to great! Super pumped about the Phoenix, orbits, and arcane charm.
