Charm of the Empty Palm. Would it be broken if Monk and Ranger could use it or would it just be much cooler? For ranger it would just be +1 damage instead of a second weapon attack. For Monks it would be incentive to just use fists over using a weapon.

Game rules in the PHB state rangers _must_ attack with 2 weapons - it's not optional. Changes to that should probably only happen at UR+.

I'm assuming you should be able to see some tan on the outer edge of the token beyond any printed elements.

If so, slight centering issues leading to top-left numbers being clipped or bottom of token class lists being clipped on:

That sounds interesting, but maybe we should leave it alone. I am afraid the token would confused newer players with too many options.

The Hefty Oasis Sword lists usable by Ranger. I didn't think Rangers could ever use a 2-handed melee weapon. It also seems odd that Bards can use it too, but they can already use the Wooden Oar and the Berserker Boarding Axe, so not completely out of line.
