Correct, I didn't use the full government title, because unless each adventure has multiple parts, I simply used part one, two, three, ect

Very much as long shot. If you have a ticket to an event, you can create a message for that event by bringing up the event on the Gen Con page. One of your friends with a ticket could create a message on the 1:01pm event asking if anyone else on the event would be willing to trade/switch. I'm not sure if other participants are alerted that a message was created, but they might be. It's a long shot and maybe people don't want to bother. It's just another suggestion.

What page are you referring to here. One of my friends directed me to this forum from the GenCon Facebook page. So I'm confused as to what page you mean.

It's on the Gen Con website. If you have a ticket to an event, go to that event. You'll see a Messages option at the top of the page (sample below). Click on that and you can leave a message. I know if an Event Organizer adds a message you get an email telling you they did so. I'm not sure if another participant leaves a message if anyone is notified. I know the Event Organizer is not.
