TOPIC: Token Transmuting Hours at Gen Con

Can anyone tell me about safehold transmutes? If I want to go from a IV to a III, can I just lump the GP in with the trade tokens and just make the jump at once, or will they want me to do 2 separate transmutes? Thanks!

That's what I did and just marked each SH on the sheet that I was doing. Then spoke to Grunnel in the transmute room just in case I made it confusing or didn't follow process.

FYI: We’re going to try something new in the transmute room on Saturday. Since that’s traditionally our slowest day, we will open it up for anyone to make trade goods in batches of 10 items.

No paperwork needed. Just give us a bag and say this is 1x Mystic Silk and Matthew/Christopher will check and fill it right there. 2 x Minotaur Hide and we fill it. A bag with 3x plank…we fill it.

Does that make sense?

I’m asking to keep it around 10 items in case it becomes popular and we get a line.

If there’s no line, make anything you want.

Of course regular transmutes (relics/legendaries) will take precedence and we may need to adjust hours to pack.

Cool? Any thoughts or crazy situations I’m not considering?

This sounds great thank you. I have a ton of stuff and since I drive in i may bring a little bit. If I can get everything sorted I plan on bringing a truck load (no joke) to Ring Con. If there will be transmuting there.

I hope this Christopher guy can count to 25.

So I can't get Safehold 2 at GC? I was going to send in the request this month but very annoyingly it is now available this month to transmute, so I can't get it before GC, and now I can't get it at GC?

You should be able to go all the way to Safehold I UC at GenCon.
