To join the post GT dinner. I need to give a final count very soon-ish. I'll extend the sign ups until Sunday, 07/20.

Negative, that is done via TD once you receive a GT.

I don't see a final date listed, when is the cutoff?
If you mean cutoff for GT, not sure what that is (have to ask TD). If you mean cutoff to sign up for the GT dinner, let's say Sunday July 20th is the deadline.

Also, where did the list of 7:12 Raid on Ravenshold go?
The people who were signed up for that run moved to a different run. If you have access to the GT runs on td.events, you can check on there to see what runs have availability. The 7:12 run has all 10 tickets available.

Oh, ok. You had said last call a while back, so I thought the dinner was already set.

And I will be signing up for Raid on Ravenshold in a few days, so I was just a bit worried that the 7:12 run got cancelled for some reason and that last 7pm slot might get sniped.
