Discovering that the Arcanum Set does not grant any Focus took it out of my Cleric build. Can't justify taking off a Ring of Focus to put on the Ring of the Sacred Circle, and without any healer element to the set bonus, I'll not be equipping my Arcanum Shirt over my Shirt of Focus.

I had hoped it would be more like Eldritch, where the set-bonus made it worth it, even if the individual items were not ideal of themselves. Though this is also nice, since it allows me to save all those trade goods while I keep working on Safehold instead.

I'm not sure what you're trying to get at here. The Arcanum Shirt and Shirt of Focus both give +2 to Focus, correct? If that's the case, then I would always choose Arcanum over Focus if I happened to own both.

Now, I suppose I do get making the choice of choosing Ring of Focus over Sacred Circle. I would argue that if you aren't already Level 5, then that aspect of the set bonus makes up for the lack of focus boost.

Just equip the 2026 Earcuff of Greater Glory which grants you 2 extra ring slots. Problem solved!

Also, go ahead and equip yourself a Follower Brawling... now you get to wear 2 shirts!
