First, if you have questions around registering for Ring Con, Lori's posts do a much better job of explaining than I can.

In an attempt to help clarify things in the spreadsheet, the column formerly labeled "P?" has been changed to "M?". If you plan to transmute for a Mark of Enlightenment prior to January 10, then you should get a unique code which will allow you to purchase 1 ticket to each event on January 10. Everyone else (assuming you transmuted for a Ring of the Sacred Circle) will need to wait until January 11.

If you previously put a "P" in that column, please change it to an M, if you will have a Mark of Enlightenment. Leave the column blank if you don't. Again, this is just so people know what tickets to expect to be purchased on January 10.

Reminder: The primary purpose of this spreadsheet is to help groups to organize prior to ticket purchases. Once tickets are purchased, TD.Events is the only source of accurate information.

I had locked the Golden Ticket page, since Golden Ticket registration has started. However, I've sort of reopened it in case people want to use it for organizing their run. Again, TD.Events is the only place to go if you want to get an accurate picture of how runs are filling up.

Final reminder: Apologies again to Team Yeti for having to remove their updates from the Summary page. That page should now be protected and your timeslots will need to be reserved in the individual tabs.

Thank you.

Dave, thanks for everything you're doing to help people coordinate their scheduling! :)

You might want to remind everyone about it and where it is shortly before 10 Jan.

It's a good idea. I'll probably bump this thread periodically so people keep it in mind. And yeah, definitely as we get closer to January 10. It's all voluntary, but I do love the way the community tries to work together and make it so we can all have an enjoyable time.

So both Grind and Secret Path require the 4 year mark of enlightenment? That's a big boo - wasn't Grind open to Patrons, and the Path exclusively for the big Mark? Or did I misread that?

Grind does NOT require the Mark of Enlightenment.

However, only people with the Mark of Enlightenment are pretty much guaranteed a Grind slot. There WILL be Grind tickets available after the people with the MoE get their tickets. However, I expect many more people will want Grind than there are tickets available. Thus, with the spreadsheet we are only asking people with MoE to prepick their slots. if you try to prepick a slot without an MoE, don't expect anyone to leave that slot open for you. I expect a "free for all" on day two of registration.

Lori Martin wrote: Hallie, if you have an entire group of 10 tickets, age of the participants doesn't matter. The "Family Friendly" slots are specifically set aside for someone that is playing with their "under 13 year old" and does NOT have a full group of 8 other people that are fine with the young player. Hopefully that clarifies it!

Usually the issue (when I get yelled at) is when someone gets into a PUG and there are younger players in there. Someone gets mad because we allowed someone under 13 to be in the game and this person feels like they should not have had to play with someone that young.

I don't like getting yelled at.

Update to rule #1
Don't yell at Lori. Lori is awesome!

As for the event, Could you add a couple more family friendly events? After adding my family, the 2 listed are nearly full.

Also, I understand requiring each person to have an account and register their own event code...but could there be a way to link accounts? So that one person can buy the tickets for their group all at once? That might be too much to get up and running for January, but would be nice for future events that are strictly 1 ticket per person.

Apparently I lagged quite a bit on grabbing a slot, and all the 12:36 were gone, so I grabbed one of the 1 pm slots.

Happy to move around as desired

it's looking like I'll not be doing my transmutes until the end of January, so I guess I'll pick up whatever slots I can get then rather than the ones I marked off on the spreadsheet.
I play Rogue. Occasionally I even play Rogue well.

Once I get my code (Transmute order is out for delivery) I'll try and get my slots nailed down.

Bumping this one last time since ticket sales start in a few days. So appreciative of the people who are attempting this process. I think we're around 200 at this point. If this goes well, then ticket purchasing should be a smooth process over the weekend.

This type of spreadsheet has worked extremely well for patron runs the past 2 or 3 years. But we've never tried it with a group this size and across so many events and runs. I hope everyone gets what they want. Please try not to get too frustrated if your preferred ticket is gone. I keep telling myself that. It's entirely possible that someone in the TD universe doesn't pay attention to the forums. But I do trust this community to try and make the entire event go well for everyone.

Here's the link one last time. I think everyone is pretty much guaranteed 1 ticket to each event except for True Grind. If you do not have a Mark of Enlightenment and have signed up for a True Grind run, good luck. There are definitely more people that want to try the run versus the number of slots available. Those are absolutely not guaranteed.
