Edit 2: thinking through my own question, since the amount of treasure per run be tracked as normal treasure again, I can easily figure out who gets what since 27 pulls = 1 condensed pack. I shouldn't be asking questions towards the end of a work day! Sorry about that.

Yeah, you answered your own question - so what am I even doing here? Ha ha - but you are correct. 27 pulls = 1 condensed. So if your friend plays 3 times (and again, all tickets are held by you, and you've selected CT in your td.events account) and they had 20, 20, and 27 pulls for their three runs - that's a total of 67 pulls. Their "share" of the total sent to you would be 2 CT and 13 regular pulls.

NOW - where this will be a bit confusing is when the TOTAL treasure that your 12 tickets earn doesn't end up with a remainder to MAKE 13 regular pulls. In that case, I guess you'll have to fight it out or something. Maybe keep track (I mean, you have a spreadsheet, after all) and the "remainder" pulls are paid out as you can. Jello wrestling...I dunno. The three of you will have to work that out amongst yourselves I suppose.

If that doesn't make sense - because Monday - end of day - I'm going off what you said below. You have 5, partner 4, friend 3. That's 12 tickets. Let's say you end up with a total of 264 treasure for the weekend across the 12 tickets. We're going to send you 9 condensed treasure packs and 21 regular treasure. Hopefully you're able to fill the treasure orders of the three of you out of that.

You've answered and confirmed my suspicion perfectly. By and large it should be easy to sort out, and for the corner cases, we can sort it out.

I like the idea of jello wrestling for it. I'm going to tell my group Lori said we have to settle it that way.

For clarity, one question my group had with this.
Typically we have a quartermaster who purchases all the tickets and has all of the rewards mailed to them, and we get bonus crafting materials. Say we had 10 tickets, we'd get 9 bonus materials for consolidation.
Say the group was 50/50 split between wanting CT and regular treasure and we split the tickets between account A (CT) and Account B (Regular Treasure), but both used the same mailing address.
Would we get the usual 9 consolidated bonus trade materials, or 8 because it's split between 2 accounts, even if the same mailing address?
I'm thinking 9, but we were unsure, so wanted to ask for clarity .

The way I understand this it would be 9 - because 10 tickets are getting mailed to one address. The one shipping label will have two "pick labels". The total of the tickets is 10. This box will have 19 TG (10 for the tickets and 9 bonus).
