I suggest [3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 30] with the stun on the 30 to keep it closer to existing URs. It will still be the best, but not by 50% anymore.

I still suggest Blood Cult Mark be lowered to +2 Strength. The -2 Reflex Saves is such a minor offset. Maybe make the Mark just a straight +2 Strength. It will still be the best Mark for Melee classes. This would keep it in line with the UR Mark that gives +2 Constitution.

Just again throwing out maybe think about the synergy charm being damage instead of hit to avoid having to have a balance gulf somewhere around NM with full groups vs groups with none.

I like these changes overall, especially Voidbane Cannon now having two stun spots on it and Spirit Pet Owl no longer being directly better than Spirit Pet Red Dragon.

It might be a bit late to think of this, but having two masks in the same set might mean that on average they only get chosen as PYP half as often.
I play Rogue. Occasionally I even play Rogue well.

+2 Cosmic Hammer should probably be reduced to a d4 or d6 damage wheel like other usable by all hammers.

Alternatively it should be class limited to: Barbarian, Cleric, Fighters, Paladin, and Ranger.

I agree with some other comments on Kilt of Kthala - this could be limited to:

A. two-handed melee only
B. Restricted to Barbarian, Fighters, and Paladin

Or both.

If adding class restrictions only I'd include Ranger if it works with two handed ranged weapons.

I think it’s the right move. The impact of +hit is like the impact of +init has been, and is much larger on a build (and thus eventually monster AC) than damage is.

Damage is a safer option, still adds a synergy bonus (if it went 2/3/4 10 in party would be like adding a damage relic)

I personally like it a lot more as a +to hit bonus. The +to hit is harder to get and also makes melee and range better along with helping the far lagging behind Mystic staff get closer to usable. As a +to hit I’ll probably get 10 of them so I can loan them out on any group I’m playing with to put along side my awakened Synergy’s.

Charm of Coordination is way more interesting as it currently is.

Charm of winter and charm of summer are both +3 damage in melee and range.

Charm of biting and Draco-Lich Claw Charm are +2 damage in melee and range.

I think it is best left as is.
