My preference would be to leave the + to hit on the Charm of Coordination. I've lost count of how many damage charms I have. More damage doesn't matter if you can't hit anything.

I know there has been a lot of back and forth on the Ioun Stone but I was thinking it would be better if it was switched so the healers wear it and then they can play a fun game of try to aim for the people they want to heal. I purpose it being Bard, Cleric, druid, paladin. And it could be that it doesn't stack or get modified in that part would be too much so it's always 3 ho healed but I can't imagine using it in its current state but if I was playing bard it would be a fun mini game for support.

Yeah, I still don't see a good reason to take the Ioun Stone as is, and I play Fighter for the extra 5 hp. Still seems overly complicated for an effect that will most likely slow combats down, which isn't something we want happening, for such a small effect.

I think the 40 on the Void Cannon is still too high and should be a 30.

I am also confused on the Ioun Stone wording currently. Is it always heal 3 max 3 per Room max 5 for fighters so they could trigger it twice.

Or is it just it only activates 1 per room no mater what but fighters heal 5 and everyone else heals 3.

I read it as your second option, it only activates 1 per room no matter what but fighters heal 5 and everyone else heals 3. Except that it doesn't always activate once per room, only if your puck lands in the same number on the combat board with one of the three classes.

Although technically, if you are Druid, Cleric, or Paladin, your puck is always in the same number as one of the three (your own).

I love the voidbane cannon - great risk v reward. I would recommend a note on it “this token not impacted by divine intervention.” With that in place, it definitely works.

On the Owl I just had some logistical thoughts:

Are combat DMs going to be able to do this math on the fly?

I don’t think it’s really a big deal if not - because it’s only likely to come up when players are intentionally coordinating and can help with the bonus.

Otherwise it seems like for me the fastest way to do it would be to add a whole “check for owls, count the number that hit - call this number w: add 3*w*(w-1) to the running total.” Step to combat resolution math which seems like a step up in complexity to me.

I don't like seeing a second stun marker on the Voidbane Cannon. I understand the swingy weapons are harder to balance, but comparing to Acherin's Bow and knowing that I couldn't beat it's damage (1 from the smallest number on the wheel and 10 from the dex bonus) without self-inflicting a stun would lead me to pick the consistent option. I see stun as one of the most severe effects in the game. I would much rather see it return to one stun marker, with small damage numbers like 15 and 30. Removing the +2 to hit may also be an option to show that the cannon is unwieldy.

I view the other changes as positive. IS Amethyst Sphere may benefit from punctuation between 'per room' and 'Fighters'

RE: Owls

It's a little tricky, but doable. My mental process might be:
0) Ask for owl jokes to stall for time
1) Count number of owl hits -1
2) Multiply by 3 for bonus damage
3) Multiply by number of owl hits and add total to monster tally. Adjust for crits or other effects as needed

I like these. They seem well balanced and targeted to the right level

Since it's only once/game, I feel like the slightly unwieldy math won't throw things off too much. Some DMs may want to add it individually (5 owls hit? Each owl gets an extra +12), some may want to add the "owl damage" as a single number to the whole total (3x5x4=60)

Or you can laugh maniacally and ask the players to do the math... because if they've coordinated enough to all buy UR owls, all bring their owls, and all use them the same round, they've probably thought through the damage potential as well.
