i have in my possession a couple of bottles that might be of interest to some folks. one is "20 year old Pappy Van Winkle" and the other is "JW Blue Label".

Why does that not surprise me Pappy is the Grail of Bourbon

On the topic of finding high quality spirits, can anyone recommend a place around downtown Indy to purchase quality spirits.

I'm going to be looking for a bottle of Zaya Gran Reserva Rum. We don't have it in Ontario, and it's in my top two of rums.

Unfortunately it does not come in an awesome grenade bottle that should be on a token. But for Bourbon guys here, it is aged in old bourbon kegs for 12 years.

You might look up crownliquors.net/ to see if you can order it and get it sent to the store. There is a store about 3 blocks from the convention center.

Thanks Alvin. I sent them a mgs to see if they carry it or can order it by GenCon.

My associate Kai and I have been watching for these bottles and I believe we have procured 4 bottles which are available. Kai will be traveling to Indy by car so they will travel with him. If you are interested in a bottle or two please let me know

If interest is high I will limit it to 1 bottle per person so everyone gets a fair share. Will go off cdsmith's price on the bottles FYI.

Arcanist, can you clarify which of the prices you mean? I think I saw cdsmith throw out three different numbers in this thread.

What I actually said was Cost + Bonus Up to $200 for the bottle. The bonus being $40. The one I am getting is cost + $40

Fair enough.

Kai is still looking into the ability to get the burbon but if he does get it it will be available in the cost + 40 range. No word yet on if we have it or what the cost is. Will update when we know
