When the time comes (hopefully many years from now), this should be Brad's commemorative token. Super Fish Oil

Sounds like a good token this year for under water actions... and Brad can enjoy using it too (or hating it as a DM).

Honestly I hope we dont see anymore eponymous tokens for a while. We've lost to many lately already.

You do you Brad, we will still be here when things get back to normal (which cant happen soon enough).

Hi Brad!

The forums are so busy I nearly missed this...glad to hear you and Shelly are well. So sorry to hear about your Dad and Congrats on your farm...that sounds amazing. I know my wife would love to do something similar someday.

Hope the world gets back to where we can enjoy conventions like we once did and when it does I look forward to seeing you then!! Take care.

It's harder to keep tabs on everyone in this envornment so thanks for checkin-in! GHC seems like a good goal and seems like the one con where we all have a little more time to hang out together.

Brad,

I rarely post on the forums, but seeing your post inspired me. I'm glad that you and Shelly are doing well. The farm house sounds lovely...especially the part with baby chicks! Last spring/summer, my raised bed gardens and the mothercluckers helped me get outside and have something to focus on other than the shit show that was happening in the world. Enjoy those baby chicks and spoil them rotten! Your reward will be amazingly fresh eggs every day (eventually).

I will say that I've heard from more than one person that won't be going to Gen Con if masks are required. It's a decision everyone has to make on their own. I'll probably wear a mask more often in these situations to avoid the danged Con Crud! I have had horrible bronchitis every winter for at least the last decade and I did NOT get it last winter, so maybe the mask helped. Or maybe avoiding people helped. Or maybe I just got lucky...who knows!

Anyway, happy to "see" you on here stopping by to update your TD friends and say HI. Know that I truly mean it when I saw that I miss seeing the TD folks (vols/players/fans) and am looking forward to in-person cons, even though it does give me a bit of anxiety thinking about crowds in such large numbers. We're all fully vaccinated (except for Avery who is anxiously awaiting the age to drop to under 16) so we're having meals inside restaurants on occasion, seeing people again, and trying to shake off the feral-hermit cycle we've kinda rolled into.

Give Shelly a big hug from me and tell her fish oil violence is not ok, along with bad punny jokes! Keep taking care of each other and know we're looking forward to seeing you when it works out.

Cheers!

Lori
