TOPIC: Weight loss Challenge

Ok, I am restarting a weight loss challenge.

I learned a bit from the last one.

Starting weigh in will be any date from 1/3-1/12

Final weigh in date will be 4/4-4/8

Entry will be $20.

If we get 10 participants, I will donate a golden fleece as a 2nd place prize.

If we get 20 participants, I will also donate an Ioun Stone Platinum Nugget as a 2nd place prize, and will.move the golden fleece to a random prize.

I am eligible to win any prizes, if I actually do so.

If you would like to participate under a pseudonym, please PM me.

Contest is % of initial bodyweight lost.

I'll post my values publicly.

Skull con was my initial plan,but it seemed people wanted more time limited.

Either way, here's hoping we get a few more.

Alright, after thinking about it for a few days, I'm in. Any extra incentive can't hurt.
As of 1/9 I'm at 223.8
I don't expect to win, as my goals are modest. My doctor recommended I get down below 200 before my next check-up (planned for October). My goal is to hit that weight by Gen Con. At my age, I'm not inclined to exceed my goal. I did that once before and it made me look 10 years older with all the wrinkles. I'm old enough without adding that to the list. Besides, if I can make this goal, I'll no longer meet the clinical definition of obese, I'll just be considered overweight. So, there's that. Good luck everyone.

For me to be non-obese, I need to hit 245!

That's the second goal, gotta make them stepwise.

Ya I was going to join until I saw the end date and realized I was too close to my goal to bother.

I just finished my diet this past Monday.
