Sorry, ignore my post, I completely misinterpreted this from the 2014 Quick Token Reference:

If both the weapons being wielded are part of the
same set and are either Relics or Legendaries
(orange title and backing), they count as two
items toward fulfilling that set’s quota

Somehow in my mind I read that as "Relics or Legendaries count as two items towards fulfilling that set's quota", missing the whole part about this being an exception to the "only one of each item counts".

That is the Viper Strike set where one can use two daggers, as long as one of them is Relic or Legendary, you can use two and satisfy two of the three for the set bonuses.

The spreadsheet says you can equip 2 figurines if you are CHA 16, is there a token or precedence needed for this?

yes, get your CHA to 16 or higher

Level 5 Bard, 17 CHA. No ability to equip a second charm in the on site character builder? Error in builder?

that is a site issue, not this spreadsheet. Try downloading it and building it on there

i think it is in the players guide..one of those things

The Darkthorn Shield can be selected as a Torso item for the Cleric (maybe others also, didn't check).

Not critical but I saw that Party Card does not list Feather Fall & Immunity to NM Missiles under the Monk (like other classes with token equipped).

Thanks for the comment. I just double checked the official party card and it doesn't mark it automatically either. Technically the column was placed to track the Wind set. This close to the event, I'd rather not update the sheet again (people may have started printing / finalizing their sheets). The DMs should be well aware of the class feature.

Based on whether the coaches are instructed to mark that spot or not at the event, I'll adjust for future editions.

Is there any way to bump up to 5th level manually? When using a prestige class with the rod a seven parts, you automatically get to play as 5th level even if you don't have a level boosting token equipped. One way to do it would be to add a "token" to the special section called "Rod of Seven Parts (voucher)" or such that just gives the level boost. I'm going to attempt to do that on my sheet for now.
