I'm guessing they made stacks of 20 to handle full treasure users and tossed those in if someone was getting 20+ but those with larger amounts got more loose tokens to preserve the already wrapped piles

Mine were all in bags.

I had 63 pulls. Three rolls of 20 in wrappers and 3 loose.

I had 2 bags but all treasure was loose. I had 114 pulls.

Okay I misread the google doc.

My husband had 84 pulls, I had 63. Both sets came in 4 and 3 wrapped stacks of 20, respectively, with loose tokens to make up the balance. For what it’s worth, one of my wrapped stacks had the 1 trade good I got, and one of my husband’s wrapped stacks had the UR he got (FoP: Reaver). In our loot, we both got some 2020 completion tokens that are not the V1a completion tokens. I entered our combined data on the Google doc.

Patron run loots was shrink wrapped.

VTD 1a loot was loose in blue draw string bags.
