TOPIC: QTR 2021 Beta

I think the Volunteer tokens need to be buffed or changed. I'm trying to think of suggestions, but all I can think of is +6hp on the volunteer UR so it's at least better than the regular UR and kind of equal(+1 hp instead of +1 Fort) to the previous Ioun Garnet Cube +2 con? It would be awesome to give them something different entirely, but I understand it has to be hard as hell designing new tokens all the time.

Can the QTR clarify the questions around Archmage Power: Boost described at:

Note to interested parties - the qtr wording around the mage/archmage powers differs slightly from the prior PDF I believe - mainly in clarifying limitations of Absorb.

Magical! Just because? No consistent to hit bonus, no stated damage bonus, not dwarven (thus falling under race rules for magical unless dwarven and dwarvish are still both racial).

The paranthetical comment should probably say the opposite of what it says: (e.g., it does get a +1 Damage bonus from GLOVES OF DWARVENLORE) . Not dwarven.

Why do they specify that they don't require a free or standard action? Wasn't done last year.

I'm not clear what the timing of Saluki is. Can I use it in response to being hit by an attack so that LIFO timing causes my Retribution bonus to come off the stack first, resolving first? Or, do I need to declare the effect prior to any monster decision on whom to attack because TD doesn't use stack timing? Effects like Absorb suggest that the game would use stack timing if it was looking to be consistent, but maybe nobody really cares about the consistency of timing rules in this sort of game.

Maybe not the sort of thing that goes into description, but it comes across as "light" not being a type since the description says it's untyped. That it's just flavor text. Now, I thought one of the purposes to defining as light was for esoteric puzzle use. Of course, there are vampires and whatnot that might care about light, depending upon what sort of light.

This changed? In old file, this only affected caster. Now, it affects anyone besides caster unless ally includes caster (don't remember).

It isn't available likely because they don't think anyone has 5 different rare completion tokens from V series. Just a guess though. It is a 2020 token regardless of when it can be made. Pretty sure that was an afterthought and was just supposed to be a Patron reward originally. If it wasn't it is still a 2020 token and shouldn't go on the 2021 Checklist.

Someone else may have already said this but maybe add the Figurine of Power: Reaver recipe to the 2021 list

Same here. Could craft at least 1, but not in terrible hurry to do so. Besides treasure pulls, anyone in a GT run already got a full set of completion tokens.
