Yep I know. TD might not think anyone has them, which is what I said. Dunno.

I got one as a random treasure box pull and I know there are a few others that marked getting them on the spreadsheet.

It's a 2020 token, but is not listed in the 2020 QTR, do with that info what needs done.

Page 9, the text for Goblin Weapon Oil differs from the image of the token. The image lists 5 acid damage, compared to 3 in the text. Also unclear about how it interacts with the goblin tag. Does it have to be applied to a goblin weapon, like the token image says, but once it is, it no longer counts as a goblin weapon, which is what the QTR text seems to indicate?

1. When is the rules change to MeC effective.

2. Will the prior printing of MeC remain a usable token (just with the effect changed to whatever TDb says)?

3. Will there be a trade/in transmute period for old MeC tokens, and if so what can they be exchanged for? (If memory serves Gloves of Dexterity could be 1:1 changed for Gloves of the Cutpurse, whereas Lenses of Divine Sight and Cloak of Shadowskin could be exchanged for any PyP and a 10x treasure chip).

Addressed page 10?

Honestly, given how terrible this new MEC is, it might get one more errata. I’m considering buying a few as PYPs on the hope it does get one more change and then cash in on a bunch of 10x treasure chips.

Assuming MEC is part of the transmute recipe, it looks like you'd still want to trade out the old one for the new and get 10x treasure chip for your trouble and then transmute the new one.

Rod of the Meek question:

If I have this weapon equipped in coaching room and my calculated to hit and damage bonuses are greater than +10, does the DM simply record +10 for each and let me use it? Or do they record my actual bonuses to hit and damage and then tell me I can’t equip the Rod?

I just noticed charm of earth, charm of wind, participation tokens. How is there no charm of fire?

I’m guessing Charm of Water and Charm of Fire are coming 2023?

Could I possibly impose upon you to give me a post-QTR "executive summary" of those questions? I believe at lease one of those questions was answered in the QTR.
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?

Magical! Just because?

The definition of a "Magical" weapon is:
Other than Masterwork or "plain" Silver weapons/ammunition (which are the only exceptions), if a weapon has any kind of +To Hit or +Damage printed on the token, it counts as "magical".
As you can see below, Axe of the Dwarvish Kings has a +To Hit printed on the token. Therefore, it counts as magical.

Ian Lee wrote: No consistent to hit bonus, no stated damage bonus, not dwarven (thus falling under race rules for magical unless dwarven and dwarvish are still both racial).

The bullet points under the what makes a weapon magical are not rules, they are examples of the rule. Racial-weapons are not defined as magical because they are racial. Some racial weapons have a + To Hit or + Damage printed on the token and therefore count as magical. Axe of the Dwarvish Kings fits that parameter. Goblin-made weapons are most definitely racial weapons, but are not defined as magical because they do not have any +To Hit or +Damage printed on the token.
