Was definitely an error. These tokens (Amulet of Undeath, Charm of Deathward, Charm of Undeath, and Ring of Undeath) all have had their effects clarified.

I would suggest adding the table from page 5 of the PDF that shows how many of each trainer you may equip. Also, on Safehold I, add the text about the Nuggets becoming slotless.

Safehold II and I token descriptions were updated to mention the Sidekick Stewards and Mythic Transmuters.
Safehold I token description includes the paragraph about slotless nuggets.

tokendb.com/to-hit-bonus/mystic-staff/ currently includes way too many 2026 tokens.

Charm of Banewatch explicitly grants "+2 to hit w/ Ranged attacks", and mystic staff is ranged, so that one is legit.

However, e.g. tokendb.com/token/artificers-agility-pants/ just grants +2 Dex. In general +Dex does increase to-hit with Ranged attacks, but mystic staves are an exception, so this should not be tagged with To Hit Bonus: Mystic Staff.

Other offenders include Cloak of the Accursed, Ioun Stone of the Champion, Ioun Stone of the Hero, and Potion Angel Agility.

DEX no longer adds to the Mystic Staff hit bonus. This affected a handful of pre-2026 tokens as well.
