D&D teaches all the important lessons in life - the low blow, the cheap shot, the back stab, the double cross. - Jerry Marsischky

Let them trap us. We have our swords. - Elric of Melnibone.

You try to get them to play the game, but all they want to do is play the rules. - Ardak Kumerian

I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend - Faramir

I also have two spare CoS if any needs to borrow. Also, if we do end up having a bard I will like do some minor modification to my build to add back the Earcuff of Inspiration for the Earcuff of Orbits and remove two ioun stones.

I may need to borrow a CoS this year. I will have room in my build for it.

I was hoping to buy one this year, but may not have the extra cash with 5 runs.

I count at least 4 spare CoS in the group. There are probably more. I think we will be covered with no difficulty.

I have a spare CoGF as well. There will probably be others.

Working on my barbarian build for this run...

I have two routes that I can take with this...complete melee, or some decent missile capability. Here are the numbers:

Straight Melee (w. Mighty Sling):
Melee: +10/+28 AC 20 Avg. Dam: 36.5
Missile: +3/+10 AC 23 Avg. Dam: 12.5
Fort: 9 Refx: 2 Will: 8 (I can swap out the helm of the boar to get +4 to Refx, but -2 on melee dam.)
HP: 63 +1/rm

Using +2 Keen Slayer Bow:
Melee: +9/+23 AC 25 Avg. Dam: 31.5
Missile: +10/+2 AC 25 Avg. Dam: 15.25 Crit on 19-20
Fort: 10 Refx: 10 Will: 6 (If I could "borrow" charm bracelets, I can get same stats with Will: 10)
HP: 63 +1/rm

What does the group prefer from the Barbarian? Do you want the extra 5 melee damage? Or do you prefer the better potential to hit with the bow if we are in ranged only combat?

Also, I am using a Belt of Ogre Power. If anyone has an extra "giant" strength belt I can "borrow" for build purposes, that would be great!

MU Skulls Rob.

Unless someone has anything better, I can borrow a Frost Giant Belt.

I'd go melee. We have potions of leaping attack this year.

Plus strong Druid and Elf Wizard builds in the group. I haven't seen Ramsildors ranger build, but I anticipate it will be strong as well.

I also have a spare Gloves of weapon Finesse you could borrow. You would lose 1 damage but gain another +2 to hit.
