Just adding to the data: I received a ten pack a few days ago as well but my husband has not. We live at the same address obviously lol and we donated at about the same time at the level for the Auri's token.

Also adding to the data. I won a "TD with a Friend prize" but have not received anything yet.

I made 4 different donations for each of my family and I have had 0 contact since the end of the fund drive.

I forgot I posted my recent experience on the discord chat on Friday, but not here...

I got a 'postage due' notice in my mailbox last week, for a package that was sent to my previous address and got forwarded (I moved slightly over a year ago). I stopped by the post office Friday afternoon and found it was a package from World Builders. Paid the fee to get it out of hock. Assuming WB paid the same as I did (which seems to be the case with other packages I've had to rescue), they're spending too much on postage. A trade paperback and 1 token 10-pack... over $10 in shipping? Also, I moved about 6 months prior to WB donation. I don't know how I could have still given them my old address, so I'm wondering how they got it. Or if it auto used the address from a donation in a prior year?

Also, I had just paid a few weeks ago to extend the USPS forwarding beyond the default 1 year period. Without that, I think I wouldn't have received what I did get.

WB is suppose to do a twitch stream weekly I believe, anyone thought and going to the stream to ask for info?

EDIT:

Apparently is not weekly as they last streamed 17 days ago.

Looks like Patrick streams once a week on Thursdays.

Saw on faceplant the packages were sent out in March 2021 for the drawing and they are working on the other packages now. Figure 5 months for drawing packages means 5 months from now we may see the others.

I would hope all of the prizes from this time would be distributed before the next fundraiser is started.

That can’t be correct - or not fully - Someone here posted won one of the prizes in the drawing (CoA) and got recently, not March.

The exact wording from worldbuilders is "....Action items were sent out closer to March!..."

I believe it a typo and they meant Auction items.

also, what Edwin said.

I didn't really care about any 'prizes'. I'm not normally lucky enough to win (although I did get packs woohoo!). I just REALLLY love the books. Don't we all? I bought the signed hardbacks several years back. The money for them also went to World builders. Even before that I did the PYP for KVothe's Bloodless. If Taborlin's key stayed a PYP this year I would have bought that too. Did I mention I love the books?? Talking to Pat at Origins is in my top 3 TD moments. 1. Bachelor party run 2. Jeffgorgon 3. Briefly talking to Rothfuss outside of TD where we all trade and talk TD. So yes, if there is a post regarding my passions I will totalllllllly post what little data I have to help out others who are waiting by the mailbox.

Hopefully this tastes yummy if you enjoy savory foods.

If you can make it to Gamehole con, it’s like his backyard. In 2017 I bumped into him in the hall. I actually had to plan to just say the words “thank you, I love your books” when I realized I was walking at Mr. Rothfus and nobody else seemed to even see him. Congrats on winning sir, and I am with you on really appreciating NotW.

From what I understand, since that is his home con, and attends as an attendee rather then as a guest, he tries to keep a low profile.

Given that I've never chosen to approach him there. IMO I'm fine with giving him that degree of normality, and honestly nothing he says at GHC will make worldbuilder ship any faster this year.
