UPDATE

I wanted to let everyone know that we now plan to have FOUR tables with dealers, so we plan to accommodate 32 people!

It's possible that we have some no shows, so if you'd like to be added to the waiting list, please let me know.

I've recently decided that in addition to 1st place getting a trophy, I added trophies for 2nd and 3rd place too. And speaking of awards, there will be a special award called the Trentslayer award for whoever knocks me out of the tournament!

:)

I understand dealer, small blind and big blind but what is bounty?

A bounty is a prize for knocking a player out of the tournament. Usually all players start with a bounty chip, and that chip is relinquished to the player that knocks them out. It incentivizes knocking people out instead of just accumulating chips.

However, since Trent is a rock star, he is (currently) the only player with a bounty for this tournament.

This is 100% correct.

People are free to offer up bounties on anyone else they wish, but there will be no official in tournament prize for doing so.
