Hooray, it's almost time! A few thoughts to keep in mind for Bloody Nightmare builds:

Please wear Linked Shirt of Healing (I own 10) and Pants of Blisswalk (I believe Arcanist has extras) to help us all stay alive longer! IS Agate Orb is optional if you don't otherwise have an exciting 5th IS, though at only +1 it's much less compelling than the others.

You probably want to stack HP, saves, and to-hit (for sliding classes), not necessarily in that order. It's often better to prioritize one or two saves and ignore the others than to balance all three. DR is like extra HP if you know it will apply. Bonus damage only makes a difference when you hit.

I can lend 2x Brawler's Horn and quite a few each of the recent completion tokens (e.g. Earcuff of Enlightenment, Bead of the Dire Bear, Bead of the Bear, Bracers of the Tavernkeeper, Belt of the Brave, Boots of the Bold, Boots of Health). If there's anything else you're missing that would help your build, just ask; someone in the group may have extra.

My V6b Sat 3:36 Bloody Cleric will once again be wearing Soul Stain Armor, which I've gotten quite a bit of mileage out of in the past and would highly recommend to eligible classes. I'm currently on the fence about giving Charm of Lamentation one more try; I want it to be awesome, but in practice I keep ending up as one of the last people alive...

Are we planning to take the combat-heavy path? (I see that the premise post mentions opting for combat when possible.) It might impact my build a bit, so I thought I’d confirm. Thanks.

IIRC on the Trent show Jeff mentioned that they were changing things up a bit with regard to paths, so the choices might look different than they did in V6a, but in general if there's a combat heavy path then we will take it.

(The exception would be if we all agree that it's just flat-out beyond-the-pale crazypants, like the V4? optional combat room 6 with 30 AoE every round plus another attack)

Got it, thanks! I have two runs before this one, so I might have some sense of what the new options are by the time we get to this run.

Hey all, had something come up last minute, I'm not going to be able to make the run. Does anyone want my slot? I'm happy to have someone run for free and I'll keep the treasure, or to give someone the ticket and treasure if they want to pay for it. Would rather not have the group need to run short on a challenge run.

OK, gang: Arcanist posted in Discord that Lokin also has a last-minute conflict, so as of this moment we have no Druid and no Bard. I could happily play either of those instead of Cleric, but only if somebody else covers Cleric.

Anybody already on the run feel like switching class?

Anybody not on the run feel like playing a challenge run for free (no swag), either Bard or Druid or Cleric or any of the classes not yet listed on the roster?
