I've sent all the codes for any transmute we've received and processed. Did you not get your codes?

Lori

Lori,
I've got a friend who is missing their codes.

Please have them email me directly so that I can handle it. And, by "them" I mean the person that sent in the transmute. That's who the code goes to!

I am aware of a couple instances where people were late to buy tickets and what they wanted was already gone. Sorry, that happened, but looks like things went smoothly for the majority.

Lori, I was a bit late getting my ingredients to send for the transmutes, my order probably hasn't been processed yet. It does look like there are plenty of slots available.

Maybe wait even a couple of months to open things up for people to get a 2nd ticket to events? That might give people that haven't gotten their Rings yet time to buy them and still have tickets available. :)

Ahhh...yes, since the transmute hasn't made it to us yet, that makes sense.

My understanding is that March 15 is the day we will take a look at tickets, codes, etc and see if we can open ticket sales up to more than 1 per person. That should give everyone enough time to get their stuff squared away.

Thanks Lori, they have their codes.

Good luck to everyone today.

Just a reminder to those without MoE codes who signed up on the spreadsheet for True Grind. More of you are signed up than there are tickets still available. Don't blame you for trying, but my advice is to get what you can if it's still there.

No True Grind =( That's a big wah wah after 5 transmutations and not being able to grab even one slot.

Well, this definitely did not work.

We put in our four rings for all of the events on the spreadsheet and were only able to do 2 out of 4 events that we marked. Sigh! There needs to be a better way that friends and families can play together.

We now have 2 family members who are traveling all the way on a 2 day drive with us who are only going to get to do 2 out of the 4 events.

Lori/Jeff, please find a better way for this to work for families and groups, this free-for-all is horrible.

Sorry! With only 100 tickets available and several hundred possible attendees, we knew we couldn't accommodate everyone that wanted tickets.

Amanda,

You might want to check the runs that are near your start times. There seem to be many runs with 5+ tickets available. They might not be the EXACT time you had marked in the spreadsheet that Dave did, but they may accommodate your schedule better.

We were able to get tickets to Circle & Fang, and a couple of our friends were also able to get on those runs too.

Grind appeared to have tickets but by the time I changed screens, having on at 10.00 they all zeroed out!

I hope people were able to get close to what they're after.

Understand, but we may be cancelling our additional people coming since they will have so much downtime sitting by themselves while the rest of us run a event.

It is a matter of does it make sense to pay all of the travel costs, hotel, ring costs and more to run a run for that family member to sit for the rest of the weekend while others play.

It is not a slot issue, but a coordination issue. Maybe as people make rings they can reserve their slots. We transmuted our rings in October, on the spreadsheet since October and then didn't get tickets.

Just saying, there has to be a better way than a free-for-all.

I have to throw back a grind ticket for 2:00 pm on Saturday due to a scheduling conflict.

Anyone interested?
